Way to go, Kenshoo!
In its latest reports for Q4, Forrester Research has named Kenshoo the “Sole Leader” in its bid management software and social ad platform evaluations.
In the bid management software evaluation, Kenshoo was up against four other major players- Google, Marin, Adobe Systems and IgnitionOne. The companies were researched, analyzed and scored against 19 criteria that evaluated proprietary platforms for managing paid media, including campaign creation and workflow, keyword identification, testing, ease of use, conditional bid optimization, local media, quality of references, customer retention and more.
The report states, “Kenshoo receives top scores in both the current offering and the strategy sections of our review due to its strong campaign management capabilities, dedicated local media module, and strong customer reference scores.”
For the social ad platform evaluation, Kenshoo was up against six other companies- Unified, Shift, Marin, Optimal, Nanigans and Salesforce.com. Forty-five criteria were used to evaluate the platforms for managing paid social media- audience targeting, optimization and efficiency, internalization and localization, analytics, training, customer satisfaction, strategy/professional services and more.
“Kenshoo is the social advertising platform category leader,” states the report. “Kenshoo has leveraged its leading capabilities in search and bid management to jump out ahead in social advertising as well. Kenshoo dominates, thanks to its strong core platform, integrations with other tools, international capabilities, and strategy.”
